Señora Kristyn Roggelin is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn and holds a B.A. in Hispanic Studies, Secondary Education, and English. Her Master´s Degree is from Marygrove College in Detroit in Education.
Señora´s life-long goal is to help students achieve success both in and out of the classroom. Her passion is the Spanish language, Latino art, culture, and music.
Señora spent a summer studying abroad in Valencia, Spain, at the Institute for American Studies. It was during this time that she toured the historic European countries of Spain, France, and Andorra. Although she was offered a job in Spain working for a local government agency, she decided to pursue a career in teaching and was hired shortly after in Dundee.
Each year Señora takes the juniors and seniors from Spanish III and IV to Puerto Rico with Vamonos Tours, Inc. To find out more information about the trip, click here: www.vamonostours.com
Senora is responsible for teaching Spanish I A & B, Spanish II A & B, Spanish III A, B, & C, Spanish IV A & B, and Spanish V.
