If you are unable to sign into your Meal Magic account to pay a balance, you may need to unlock your account and update your password. Do do this, follow these steps:
- Go to Meal Magic sign-in page;
- Enter your email address in the username field;
- Click "I need to unlock my account" (see image below);
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your account
- Follow the link and select a new password
- Meal Magic suggests using a passphrase, such as "My dog Spot is 12."
