Free and Reduced Meal Applications

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we prepare for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year, it is still uncertain whether the State of Michigan will continue funding no-cost breakfast and lunch for students through the Child Nutrition (CN) Program. The current waiver is set to expire with the end of the State’s fiscal year on September 30, 2025.

If the waiver is not extended, CN programs across the nation will return to normal operations, and student meals may no longer be free. Families will once again need to complete and submit a Free/Reduced Meal Application to determine if their student(s) qualify for assistance based on household income.

Because very few applications have been submitted in recent years, we are asking families to complete the Free/Reduced Meal Application before the start of the 2025–2026 school year. Doing so will ensure your child(ren) is ready to begin the year without interruption in meal service.

The USDA’s 2025–2026 meal application is now available and can be completed in one of two ways:

  1. Paper Application – Available in all school offices. Completed forms should be returned to your child’s school office or the Food Service Department.

  2. Online Application – Complete the form online at: Dundee Infinite Campus Portal

We remain committed to providing high-quality, nutritious, and well-balanced meals to all students. The health and well-being of your child(ren) are our highest priority, and we will work to make this transition back to standard operations as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Marshall Goldstein
