Welcome to Dundee Community Schools!

Please follow the steps below for each child you are enrolling with Dundee Community Schools.

Dundee Great Start Readiness Program

The Great Start Readiness Program is funded by a grant from the Michigan Department of Education. The State has identified factors that may affect your child's education at any time in his/her kindergarten through 12th grade school career.

Great Start Readiness Application

Examples of these factors include:

  • Your child has a delay.

  • Your child has challenging behavior.

  • Your family's primary language is not English.

  • You do not have a high school diploma or GED.

  • You—or you child—has experienced abuse or neglect.

Dundee Elementary School (Young Fives - 4th Grade)

  1. Complete the Online Registration

  2. Complete the DES Enrollment Questionnaire

  3. Complete the Transportation/Bus Form

  4. Complete the DES Records Request Form

  5. Provide your child’s original birth certificate. We will make a copy for our records. 

  6. Provide a copy of your child's immunization records.

  7. Submit one proof of residency (such as a utility bill, driver’s license, etc.)

Dundee Middle School (Grades 5-8)

  1. Complete the Online Registration

  2. Complete the DMS Enrollment Questionnaire

  3. Complete the Transportation/Bus Form

  4. Complete the DMS Records Request Form

  5. Provide your child’s original birth certificate. We will make a copy for our records. 

  6. Provide a copy of your child's immunization records.

  7. Submit one proof of residency (such as a utility bill, driver’s license, etc.)

Dundee High School (Grades 9-12)

  1. Complete the Online Registration

  2. Complete the DHS Enrollment Questionnaire

  3. Complete the Transportation/Bus Form

  4. Complete the DHS Records Request Form

  5. Provide your child’s original birth certificate. We will make a copy for our records. 

  6. Provide a copy of your child's immunization records.

  7. Submit one proof of residency (such as a utility bill, driver’s license, etc.)

Riverside Academy (Grades 9-12)

Please call Riverside Academy at 734-529-3916 to register a student.

Please download, print, and complete these additional forms, if necessary.  Completed paperwork may be brought to the building offices or emailed.
