QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

Current CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

Successful completion of background check and fingerprinting per district policy

Demonstrated knowledge of soccer rules, strategy, and fundamentals at the high school level

Preferred:

●

Prior coaching experience at the varsity, sub-varsity, or competitive club level

Playing experience at the high school, collegiate, or club level

Experience developing age-appropriate training plans and in-season practice/game strategy

Track record of building a program across multiple levels (varsity, JV , feeder/youth)

Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication skills with student-athletes, parents, staff, and administration

●

Ability to teach technical and tactical skills while building team culture and discipline

●

Commitment to student-athlete academic success and personal development

●

Demonstrated integrity, work ethic, and positive character both on and off the field

●

Willingness to be visible and involved in the broader school and Dundee community

●

Ability to work collaboratively with the athletic department, officials, and youth soccer feeder programs

●

Availability for practices, games, tournaments, and off-season commitments
