Please be prepared to bring proof of residency (rental agreement, tax statement, utility bill), original birth certificate and vaccination records to your appointment.
Round Up Dates:
- Wednesday, April 10th 4:30-7:30 pm
- Friday, April 12th & Friday, April 19th 9:00-3:00
Age Requirements: Children born on or before December 1st, 2019 may enroll in Young Fives or Kindergarten.
