We’re excited to launch The Viking Care Corner to support students and families in need—and we need your help!

Items we’re looking for:
🪥 Hygiene – toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, feminine hygiene products
👕 Clothing (school-appropriate) – pants, sweatpants, leggings, socks, t-shirts, sweatshirts, coats, jackets
✏️ Other – gift cards (Kroger or similar), organizers, small school supplies (pencils, notebooks, highlighters)

MS Cross Country update from Coach Scharboneau: Optional practice for 6th-8th grade will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (26th-28th). Please meet at the canopy at 3. Practice will end at 4:30. Remember to bring a refillable water bottle. You MUST have a physical in order to practice, no exceptions. Please remember to submit your forms. You may contact Coach Scharboneau with any questions.

DMS Families, We hope you are enjoying summer! We've been working hard to prepare for the upcoming school year. You can expect a "Welcome Back" letter from Mr. Holstein early next week, but here is some additional information. See you soon, Vikings!

A friendly reminder that our first Sun Meals To Go serving date is this Wednesday from 1 to 3 pm. 330 students are signed up for free breakfast and lunches. We have 20 extra orders to be handed out on a first come first served basis. It is not too late to sign up for the remaining serving dates. Go to the link provided in the flyer.

Such a great turn out for our Old Mill 5th grade Wax Museum. We are very grateful to keep this tradition going and allowing the community to see their hard work.

One of the 6th grade classes and their kindergarten reading buddies celebrated the end of a successful reading year with snacks, games, and lots of giggles 😃

Dundee Community Schools honors and remembers the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to the United States this Memorial Day.

Ms. A’s class learned about plants and seeds this week and got to plant some outside of DMS!

Our 6th graders stayed off technology today as much as possible as part of Wellness Week. We did some Science, Social Studies, and ELA outside to keep our eyes off the screens.
