Mrs. Cunningham's class had a Pool Party today. We transformed our classroom and the kids loved it. Snacks and punch that looked like miniature fishbowls, yard games, bubbles, Popsicles, and sidewalk chalk!
Today our 4th graders and their families celebrated all of their accomplishments at DES! We are so proud of them and wish them the best in middle school next year! 💙

Today in STEAM, Mrs. Vergiels’ first graders visited Mrs. Root’s third graders to play the educational board games they invented!
The third graders created these games for young fives, kindergarteners, and first graders—and fun was had by all!

Mrs. DeMint took Mrs. Rebacz’s 3rd graders to the Middle School art room to watch Mrs. Capling’s 6th graders put on a puppet show with their needle felted puppets.

The annual 5th grade Wax Museum was today. The student's researched, planned, created, and presented their projects over these last few weeks. Today, they came to life in front of classmates and familes. They will be performing again on Tuesday, June 3rd at 5:30, inside the Old Mill for the community.
